Bill holds years of sales and management experience, an M.B.A. in management, as well as extensive Special Markets knowledge including the industry designation of CPIM -Certified Professional of Incentive Management. Prior to joining the incentive industry, Bill owned an insurance agency, worked in the electronics, and also sold into large retail accounts. Prior to partnering with Al Carlisle, Bill was in charge of the Special Markets division on the supplier side. His nationwide network of reps were among the best in all territories. With a hands on management style, he produced significant increases annually in Special Markets sales. Bill remains active in industry trade associations; sitting on the board of the Incentive Marketing Alliance - IMA, and past president of the Incentive Manufacturers and Representative Alliance - IMRA, along with local chapters such as SAAGNY.
