His range of knowledge has been gathered from positions as the National Sales Manager for incentives with the Clairol’s Appliance Division as well as his many years being a manufacturer’s representative. Those years of experience and participation in numerous industry associations has earned Al a large following of premium users, distributors, and ad specialty customers. Many of the lines Carlisle currently represents have been with Al for many years.
Bill has over twenty years of sales and management experience, holding an M.B.A. in management. Prior to joining the incentive industry, Bill owned his own insurance agency, building it from scratch, worked in the electronics industry selling computer components to system integrators and distributors, and also sold into large retail accounts for Carson Optical. Prior to partnering with Al, Bill was the Director of Special Markets with Carson, running that division. His nationwide network of Ad Specialty reps were among the best in all territories. Bill’s hands on management produced significant increases annually in Special Markets sales for Carson. He is active in industry trade associations such as IMA, IMRA, and SAAGNY.
